How do I cancel an order on Emosis Footwear & Clothing?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

Damaged Products

In case, Received Defective/Broken product during shipping, it needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours of delivery, no such queries would be entertained.

 

NOTE: The replacement will only be initiated after our quality check process to make sure the product is in intact (not damaged or impaired in anyway; not used in anyway just like you received it.) condition. If the product fails the quality check process then no replacement will be initiated.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer 3 days exchange option in case of size fit, color mismatch issue.

Note :

1) If the product shipped by us is correct as ordered by you then in that case Rs.120/- would be charged as reverse & forward shipping fee.

2) The replacement would be applicable only after our quality check process to make sure that the product is in intact ( not damaged or impaired in anyway, not used in any way just like you received it) condition. If the product fails the quality check process then no replacement would be initiated.

 

Return & Refund Policy 

We provide 3 days hassle free return to our customer from the date of delivery. Customer needs to initiate return/refund request within 3 days from the date of delivery. A further 5-7 days for the returned product to reach to us.

NOTE :

1) A reverse shipment fee of Rs.100/- would be deducted from the order amount per order if a pick up is arranged. If the customer is ready to courier the product to the return address, then there will be no deduction and full amount will be refunded through available methods only after checking the condition of returned product.

2) Reverse pickup would be attempted twice only, if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You'll have to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

3) The refund would be applicable only after our quality check process to make sure that the product is in intact ( not damaged or impaired in anyway, not used in any way just like you received it) condition. If the product fails the quality check process then no refund would be initiated.

 

For both online & COD paid orders, customers' bank account details might be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the product. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM and Google Pay, UPI.

 

REFUND DURING SOME SALE DAYS

Any item purhased during some special sale days won't be applicable for any kind of return. It is suggested to read RETURN NOTE during sale days on product purchase page.
